Entry Criteria
To enter a trade, ensure both conditions below are met:
- RSI Levels:
- Short Positions: Enter when the RSI is between 70 and 80, but preferably above 80.
- Long Positions: Enter when the RSI is between 20 and 10, but preferably below 10.
- Candlestick Pattern:
Enter ONLY if there is a visible trend reversal pattern.
Important: Enter a trade only when BOTH conditions are present simultaneously.
Targeting and Exits
For more accurate targeting and exits, use the following indicators for short entry/exit:
- 5 and 20 LWMA (Linear Weighted Moving Average):
- After opening a trade, monitor the 5 and 20 LWMA lines.
- The first target is typically the 20 LWMA, but in some situations, the SAR (Stop and Reverse) is positioned between the 5 and 20 LWMA lines.
- Parabolic SAR:
- After the 5 and 20 LWMA lines cross (be cautious and ensure they do cross), the next target is the Parabolic SAR.
- In some cases, the 20 LWMA might act as the next target instead of the Parabolic SAR.
By adhering to these guidelines, you can make more informed trading decisions and improve your entry and exit strategies.
